Plastisol is a vinyl compound resulting from the suspension of PVC particles within
a plasticizer (a substance added to materials to increase workability). Plastisol is liquid at room temperature and hardens to a solid during the curing/molding process. The result is a durable coating that resists aging, abrasion, chemical attacks, corrosion and fire. The finish can be glossy or matte, hard or soft, and virtually any color (or no color at all).
Plastisol coatings uses include grips & tool handles, fitness equipment, playground equipment, medical equipment as well as electrical insulation covers, and many other items.
