Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Powder Coating is a one-part, heat-curable, thermosetting epoxy coating designed for corrosion protection of steel pipe, fabrications and reinforcing steel. The FBE coating offers excellent anti-corrosion protection for small and large diameter pipelines, rebar, and other circular or reinforcing steel products to be embedded in soil, concrete, or water.<\/p>\n

FBE\u2019s excellent adhesion to steel, coupled with B.L. Downey Company\u2019s process, provides superior long term corrosion resistance and protection of pipelines and other steel products designed to operate at moderate temperatures.<\/p>\n

FBEs are available as stand-alone coatings as well as a part in multi-layers. FBE coatings with different properties are available to suit coating applications on the main body of pipe, valve bodies as well as on fittings.<\/p>\n
