Powder Coating is the highest quality finish for both indoor
and outdoor metal products. It is decorative as well as enduring, and is an environmentally “green” (zero VOCs) techique. With 4 in-house steel shot wheelabrators, your parts can be blasted to bare white metal, coated or pretreated, then top coated with the most appropriate coating system for your application that same day. Our normal turn around is 3 to 5 workdays. All products coated with either Trinity or Trinity Plus systems are thoroughly inspected and packaged to arrive at their destination safe and without damage.
Our exclusive Trinity Finish has been in use for over 30 years
with complete customer satisfaction. With the addition of an E-coat, we provide you with a premium coating that will pass the most demanding tests or a high corrosion resistant powder primer followed by a super-durable top coat for the toughest weathering conditions. This finish is our Trinity Plus Finish. After blasting with steel shot, your part will receive an E-coat within 4 hours, then 2 coats of powder, either a finishing top coat of Epoxy for indoor use or a tough TGIC top coat for the outdoor environment. Our unique ability, through years of experience, to Powder Coat on top of E-coat truly gives the highest quality finish in the industry.
